We’ve cared for a wide variety of animals, including dogs of many breeds and sizes, cats, chickens, bunnies, birds, fish, hamsters and even baby fish. We’re proud to be trusted by families who have rebooked us time and time again, which we feel speaks to the care, reliability, and respect we bring to every sit. We always arrange meet-and-greets beforehand to ensure everyone feels comfortable and confident, and we prioritise clear, open communication throughout. While you’re away, you can expect regular photo and video updates, so you can relax knowing your pets are happy, settled, and well cared for in their own home. This was the first time we used Rover for our 8 yr old golden retriever who is very special to us and we couldn't have been happier with Jess and Joel. From the photos they sent we could tell our doggo was happy and calm, and then when we got home the house was spotless and they had even put the sheets in the wash. Having our dog looked well after was a relief and we would absolutely love to have them back! Thank you!!!
Jessica & Joel did a wonderful job of caring for Stella while we were away. The house was left clean and tidy. We would highly recommend Jessica and Joel for in house sitting.

I am so happy we found Jess & Joel to look after our boxer, Stanley! He is a pretty difficult dog with some health issues, but they managed it flawlessly. They also left our house spotless, even washing the sheets before they left! We will definitely be reaching out to them next time we’re out of town. 11/10 recommend!

Schedule
We prioritise pet care, Jess works during the day and Joel does night shifts, your pets will only ever be alone for around an hour to maybe 2 per day as Joel leaves for work and Jess gets home. We spend majority of a days at home playing with pets and enjoying quality time.

- We like to know any quirks or traits pets may have, do they have a tendency to run off, are they fussy eaters, do they have medical conditions etc so that can be best prepared. We also like to know your closest vet in case of emergency.
