Jessica was brilliant from start to finish. She came to meet us and the dogs the day before, which really helped put us at ease, especially as this was our first time using a pet sitter. She was very patient and took on board all our instructions and tips (not always easy with a pining Ridgeback!), and she clearly looked after them really well. She kept us updated throughout the evening and was always prompt and clear in her communication. Polite, professional, and a genuinely lovely experience — we wouldn’t hesitate to book her again.

Jessica has been an absolute lifesaver looking after our dog! We have a very nervous rescue and are extremely selective about who we trust with his care. Our dog normally takes a while before he is at ease around new people but he seemed to immediately like her fom the very first meet-and-greet. It was clear she has a natural, calming connection with dogs. Jess truly loves what she does. She is incredibly responsive, thoughtful, respectful, and attentive to every detail. She keeps us updated, makes sure our pup feels safe and happy, and goes above and beyond to ensure he’s having the best time. We feel completely at ease knowing he’s in her care. If you’re looking for someone you can wholeheartedly trust with your dog, no matter their personality or needs, Jess is the one. We couldn’t be happier and can't recommend her enough!
