I’m patient, I’m loving, and I will work my absolute hardest to ensure the best possible experience not only for your animal but for you as well. Our first time using rover and I could not have picked a better or more communicative sitter. Jessica had an unfortunate interaction with my dog. He was frightened and unexpectedly aggressive and bit her while she was harnessing him to go potty. Im mortified that this happened, and hope this doesn't affect her ability to trust other pups. She was great at giving immediate feedback, messaging my emergency contact (because i was out of range of service). Her communication let me know how to prevent an accident in the future. Service was very thorough and appreciated.
