Jessica was wonderful! Great communication, responsive, and provided a very cozy pup bed when we forgot ours. McGee was in good hands. Thank you!

Jessica was very kind and patient with Tigger’s drop off! He’s a bit of a wild card when it comes to Meeting new people, and she was very understanding that he was a bit difficult meeting her for the first time. I so appreciate that she was communicative and flexible about Tigger’s needs and personality .

Jessica was AWESOME! She agreed to dog-sit on short notice. She sent me photos and kept me updated on my pup throughout the day. I was very impressed with her. I’ll definitely use her again.

I wouldn’t recommend Jessica. First she was late for the drop off. So, we got late to where we’re going. On pick up day I informed her 2 hours early that we will be late for pick up bc we ran into some issues crossing the US-Canadian border. then that time she asked if I can pay in cash bc she lost her wallet and the payment won’t go through and wants me to just cancel the booked care on the app. on our way back i was communicative with her that we’re running late bc traffic was really bad on I-5. She’s been messaging about how butters was not really good during his stay, and that butters is destructive (he’s a puppy who needs more training) and she kept saying that she was going somewhere to go pick up another dog. When we’re almost at the meeting place where she and butters is, she mentioned that she will charge me another night of stay bc we were 2-hours late for pick up. though her profile says extended hours is 50% of a night stay. I’ve cancelled the booking and hoping to get a refund on that and paid her two night stay instead in cash. I would say I wouldn’t recommend her if you have puppies. But I guess she is good with adult dogs.

Jessica stayed with my dogs and gave them good care. She sent pictures and communicated throughout her stay. Thank you!

I wouldn't recommend because Jessica can be late in response some times (response in a few hours to 1-2 days) and didn't give advance notice at all for availability issues. Booked and confirmed a few weeks in advance, but I cannot get in touch with Jessica on the start day. I called many times and went to her address but apparently she went missing due to no access to phone... Luckily I was able to find another rover sitter last minute. She apologized a few days later.
