I work full-time here in Incline, 8-hour days 4 days a week, but have flexibility with leaving work at lunch to let pets out. On the other days, plenty of free time!

I am trustworthy, respectful and understanding when it comes to welcoming a new person into your home to care for your pets. I am always available and reachable by phone, if need be, and love sending lots of updates and pictures of your fur babies! I will not be providing my personal home services as I currently live with two german shepherds who like to let us know that they own the house, haha!

Before pet sitting, I would like to know if the pet has any health concerns. And if the pet gets along with other pets or not. I would like to know their personality and what their favorite activities are. I would love to know of any owner-approved treats and your pet's daily routine.
A typical day
I have lived in Tahoe for the past 20 years and know all the best trails and hikes for dogs. If your dog likes playing fetch, I am an avid thrower of sticks and balls! If your dog likes swimming, I know of the perfect creeks that they will love! And of course, if they love the dog park, I live only 5 minutes away from doggie social hour!

Pet care experience
I haven't spent a day of my life not being surrounded by or caring for pets. Fun fact: I was named after my first cat, Jessica! And have grown up with big 'ol german shepherds and various cats running around. I am very comfortable with larger breeds, as well as small dogs. I take care of my mother's two large german shepherds during the day with lots of walks, running, belly rubs, and treats. I am aware of signs and signals that our pets give us whether they are anxious, have to go out, need love, or need space. I am a responsible, caring, and knowledgable pet lover who is excited to meet your pet(s)!

Jessica was absolutely wonderful with our Czech shepherd. I often worry when I leave our dog and felt completely at ease with him being in Jessica’s care while we were out of town. I would highly recommend her, as she is reliable, kind and trustworthy.
