Pet care experience
I have experience caring for anything from dogs and cats to exotics. Currently I care for my animal friends here on Rover part time in addition to my full time as a veterinary assistant. I am open to caring for any type of pet, so if you’re going away and have something other than a dog or cat feel free to message me! I did two years of Veterinary Science classes in school. This class covered everything from grooming of dogs to medications to anatomy of animals. On top of the class, I have been working in animal care for 6 years. I am also a part time student studying to become a licensed veterinary technician. I absolutely love meeting all the new animals and spoiling them like my own. I like to keep your best friend as comfortable as possible on their walks and or home visits. I typically will go slower with pets that are shy or unsure until they warm up to me.

Jessica was the perfect pet sitter for our senior kitty while we were away. The old lady had her worst illness and first emergency vet trip at 17 yrs old the week before we left the country for two weeks. Jessica was so kind to monitor her food intake, potty status (and do some clean up), and give her meds while we were away. We are so grateful!
This was our second time using drop-in catsitting services from Jessica. She was responsive to communication and took great care of our cats!
Jessica did a great job looking after my two cats. Appreciated her detailed write-ups for each visit and reached out for any questions.
