I work full-time from home, which gives me the flexibility to be available throughout the day for dog sitting. I live with my husband, our 12-year-old daughter, 9-year-old son, three playful dogs—a 3-year-old Chocolate Lab, a 2-year-old Golden Retriever, a 8 month-old Bernese Mountain Dog —and our laid-back 10-year-old cat. Our home is full of energy, love, and animal lovers! Since I’m home all day Monday through Friday, I’m able to give visiting pups plenty of attention, playtime, and care as part of my regular routine. Dog sitting fits in perfectly with our lifestyle—it’s like adding another member to the pack!

At my home, I don’t have a fenced yard, but I always leash dogs when going outside to make sure they’re safe and secure. Inside, they’ll have plenty of attention and playtime—my own dogs are super friendly and love having new buddies to romp around with. My cat prefers to keep to herself and usually stays out of the way. I also have kids who absolutely adore animals and love helping out by keeping the dogs entertained (and spoiled with love). Whether your pet is playful or prefers a quiet corner, I make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and right at home.

A typical day
Your pup will have a great time here! My friendly dogs love making new friends and are always ready to play, whether it’s chasing toys, tug-of-war, or just running around the house. My kids are big animal lovers too and enjoy helping with playtime and cuddles. We also go on leashed walks and make sure there’s plenty of time to relax. Whether your dog is high-energy or more laid-back, they’ll get lots of attention and love while they’re with us. 🐾

I’ve raised three dogs from the puppy stage, so I know just how much time, patience, and energy it takes to train and care for them. From house training and basic commands to helping them feel comfortable around other dogs, I’ve experienced all the ups and downs that come with raising a puppy. Along the way, I’ve learned how to read their behavior, stay patient in stressful moments, and build routines that help them feel safe and secure. I treat every dog like they’re part of the family, and I truly enjoy getting to know each dog’s unique personality. 🐾
