Animals are my love language
I have had both cats and dogs all of my life. I have raised 2 litters of kittens, I have raised 2 puppies including fostering one. I have spent the last 2 years caring for my senior cat who needed extensive medication administration and monitoring daily; she also needed a special diet and many vet and urgent care visits. I have owned a variety of animals from a Snow Bengal, house cats, cocker spaniel, golden retriever, German shepherd, terrier mix, ferrets, and bunnies. I raised my cocker spaniel from a puppy and trained him. I do not currently have any animals. I live in a very quiet manor home with a walking path in my backyard. I absolutely love animals, and I hope to live yours while you are away.

Jess is a compassionate animal lover. She grew up with many pets: cats, dogs, bunnies and ferrets. She went above and beyond with her cat of 13 years who had health issues. She cares deeply for the health and wellbeing of all animals. She has stepped in to take care of our pets when needed. Our current cat always runs to her for snuggles. Jess would be an excellent fit for this program.
I’ve known Jess for a long time, and I’ve trusted her to care for my cat when I’m away. She is caring, responsible, dependable, and genuinely loves animals. I always feel comfortable knowing my pet is in her care because she is attentive, compassionate, and treats animals like they are her own. Schedule
I currently work full time, M-F 8-4. I am close to home and can come home during my lunch break if needed. I spend my time home when I have a pet, ensuring it is receiving the attention it needs while you are away. I love to spend time outside hiking, biking, and hammocking.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a manor home and have a second floor balcony which is entirely surrounded by chicken wire. If you have a cat who likes to be outside, they can safely enjoy the sun there-only with your approval. I can walk animals, take them outside for the bathroom as needed. I am happy to take your dog to the dog park if you would like. My place has a secure entry, with 2 doors.
A typical day
I have a beautiful walking path behind my house and live minutes away from a dog park. I love to play fetch with dogs and a variety of toys with cats. They can expect to be happy and get lots of loving attention!
