Since my hiatus from my big tech job, pet care has become a wonderful and fulfilling part of my daily and weekly rhythm. While I'm currently on hiatus and not actively pet-sitting professionally at the moment, I still dedicate time to caring for my own furry friends and occasionally helping out neighbors. My days have a gentler structure now, allowing me to be more present for the animals. Mornings often start with feeding, playtime, and walks (for the dogs). I use the quieter afternoons for grooming, cuddles, or perhaps a visit to the dog park. Evenings are for more relaxed playtime, preparing meals, and ensuring everyone is settled for the night. It’s a much more grounded and less scheduled existence than my previous life, and honestly, it's been incredibly rewarding. It's not just about the tasks; it's about the connection and the joy these animals bring.

Hi I'm Jess! I am very outdoorsy and like staying active. I enjoy long walks to the dog park, biking whenever I can, and going on hikes no matter the weather! But I am keen on every dog's needs and preferences. I also have my own car for dogs to sit comfortably in. Whether your dog is more high energy and likes to take long runs and playing fetch outside , or likes to relax and prefers to snooze in the sun (like my beagle, Koda) - I will be sure to provide the best care, catered to your pup's needs! I am mostly just available for walks, drop-ins visits, and home sitting in Newton, Needham, Wellesley, and the immediate surrounding area. I am eager and excited to meet your dog! After my first sitter abruptly cancelled on me a week before my trip, I was really nervous I wouldn't find anyone I could trust to take care of my two cats while I was away. Jessica was very kind and understanding and agreed to a meet and greet on short notice. Both my cats were immediately curious and friendly with her which was a good sign to me. She sent so many adorable photos during the trip and was extremely respectful of the space, even washing the cats' bowls without me asking her to. My boy has had stress-induced medical issues when I leave him for more than a day, and he showed no sign of it this time. I'm so so grateful and will definitely try to book with her again for any future trips!
