LVT caring for dogs/cats/exotics
Licensed Vet Tech that can take care of fur babies with chronic medical needs such as diabetic, administering Cushing's medication, and subcutaneous fluids. Super lover of Snakes, Arachnids, Lizards of all species, ferrets, rats, rabbits and guinea pigs!! Can also groom! Clip and bath, clean ears and trim nails. In general I'm very active so we can take long walks!

Morning runs, walks to one of two nearby dog parks, calm and loving environment. I do have two cats of my own, Toasty (1yo/NM) and Jane (1yo/SF). They are very friendly but can be placed in a separate room very easily. Following all Covid-19 gatherings recommendations.

Due to a death in my family coupled with a business trip for my husband, we urgently needed a pet sitter. Initially, we had no date for the funeral and my husband's departure date was uncertain. We stated that in our request. Jessica responded with compassion and said she could be flexible with the dates. We were so grateful. She worked with our changing schedule and provided efficient, prompt care for our two cats, who are new to one another and still working out their relationship so she had to deal with that, too. We would definitely ask her to pet sit for us again--if she would have us.
Jessica is clearly an animal lover! Our pups loved her as soon as she walked in the house, which always makes me feel better. She’s also quick-thinking and level-headed. We had a bit of a pet emergency (not her fault) and her quick thinking brought a quick resolution to the situation. Highly recommended!
Jessica did an outstanding job taking care of our kitty for a few days. While you can tell she loves animals, she also treats caretaking seriously as a business. Jessica was right on time for each visit. She took the time to provide detailed feedback on each visit- not just providing cursory info. She was very responsive each time I reached out to her. I asked that she wear our cat out with play each time, and Jessica delivered. Can't recommend more highly. Your fur babies will be in trustworthy hands.

Schedule
I teach Veterinary Science for a PCS high school. Full time during the summer; flexible hours and available for overnight care. During the fall Aug-Nov Part time/after school/weekends. Full time availability during Holiday break as well (Dec 16th-Jan 5th).
