I appreciate that the sitter stayed in communication with me during my dog’s stay and sent updates about walks, which I value a lot when leaving my pet in someone else’s care. She was responsive when I checked in and kept me informed about his general activities. However, when my dog returned home, I discovered he had fleas and also had a wound on the top of his head. When I asked about whether he had been around other animals during the stay, I was told that he had not been around other dogs and that the wound may have been from a thorn, wasp, or insect bite. Unfortunately, the presence of fleas and the injury were concerning for me as a pet owner. While I appreciate the communication during the stay, I would have preferred clearer information about his environment and any incidents that may have occurred while he was in care. Overall, I’m thankful for the updates and walks, but I believe it’s important for future pet owners to be aware of my experience.

Always a pleasure to have Jessica sit Buster. Her care of dogs is amazing; she has a real love for them. I am so grateful to her.

Jessica was amazing! She was available on very short notice and was very understanding. While taking care of Mika, she updated me constantly and was very responsive. High recommended - thank you Jessica!

She was great. I will definitely use her again. She treated my dog just like I would. She also sent me video of him. I was very pleased with her work. So happy I found her.
