Pet care experience
I grew up with pets around the house but dogs were always my favourite, interacting with them, washing and training made me happy. I now have a Cavalier King Charles x Shetland Sheltie mix that I have trained since 9 weeks old. It brings me joy to be around dogs and in the past I have fostered and helped rehome them. Over the years I have worked with dogs who have behavioural and anxiety Issues, I have found that taking a slow, gentle and consistent approach paired with additional socialisation has helped them slowly build up their confidence. I also have experience working with puppies and senior dogs and adapt my schedule to their needs.

Jessica has been absolutely wonderful with our dog, Maple. From the very beginning, she has been reliable, caring and genuinely attentive — not just to Maple’s needs, but to her personality too. Maple can be sensitive at times, and Jessica has a calm, grounded presence that immediately put her at ease. She clearly understands dogs and takes the time to build trust, which means a lot to us. We always feel completely confident leaving Maple in her care. Communication is excellent — we receive updates and photos, and it’s clear Maple is happy and relaxed. When we return, she is settled, well-exercised and content, which speaks volumes. Jessica is dependable, thoughtful and truly goes the extra mile. We feel very lucky to have found her and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, experienced and compassionate dog walker and sitter.
