Hi! I have nearly 10 years of experience working with and caring for rescue dogs, through both volunteering and professional roles in rescues. Having grown up surrounded by cats and dogs, I’ve developed a lifelong passion for animals and their wellbeing. I tailor every walk to your dog’s individual needs—whether it’s a gentle stroll for an elderly pup or one recovering from surgery, energetic playtime for puppies, or simply providing a safe and loving environment while you’re away. (Please note: pet sitting will be in your home, as I have a nervous dog of my own who needs space.) My skills include reading dog body language and caring for dogs with a wide range of temperaments—whether nervous, excitable, anxious, or reactive. I’m confident supporting dogs with behavioural needs such as reactivity toward other dogs, prey drive, and I’m happy to use a muzzle when required. I also have experience helping dogs recover after surgery, providing enrichment suited to their age and breed, and ensuring exercise is always appropriate for their individual needs. In addition, I’m able to administer oral medication or meds given in food (no injections). I’m dedicated to making sure every pet feels cared for, comfortable, and happy. Alongside Rover, I also run my own pet care business. While my Rover calendar may show availability, some time slots may already be booked by existing private clients. I always keep my calendar as up to date as possible and will confirm availability promptly once a request is made.
