I am a very busy Momma of four! However, I prioritize pet care throughout the day, as needed. Morning and evening visits work best. I can throw in an afternoon visit on most days. On very few days, I can do up to 5 visits! Just send me a message or a request and I will reach back to you as soon as I can! I do like to leave my schedule open on here because there are very few days that I am not available the whole day.

For Drop Ins, I focus the first 10-15 minutes on caring for the pets. This looks like; feeding, administering meds (if required), watering, cleaning litter. The next 5-10 minutes is grooming/lovings. This looks like; bathing your fur babies if requested (will need to be a 60-minute stay and can take up to 30 minutes), brushing them, giving treats, petting, hugs, and kisses. The last 5-10 minutes i like to dedicate to playing with them (or wearing them out). Whether it be running around the yard with them, playing fetch, playing catch the laser or string. This sums up my typical visit. If I get done ahead of schedule, I like to clean up the home a little here and there. This is especially true for extended visits (more than 3 days). I'll vacuum, sweep, wash dishes I've used for the pets (this is for all visits), wipe down tables, mop if I have access to one, and clean up any accidents.

Information Jessica C. would like to know about your pet

Some things I like to learn ahead of time: - Would you like to schedule a meet-and-greet before the stay? - What’s your preferred method of communication? - Does your pup have any health issues that need to be tended to? For instance, dietary restrictions, medicine, or behavior triggers? - Do you have a vet nearby that you trust? - Is your dog spayed/neutered? - Does your pup like to stick to a given schedule, like regular walks in the morning and evening? - What does your pup do well around? What does your pup try to avoid? - What’s the best way to spoil your pup?

A typical day

I love to keep active throughout the day, so your pupperoni will be right at home with me if they like getting lots of exercise! There are so many great options nearby that are perfect for adventures. There is always so much to see (and sniff!) out there, so I’m sure we’ll have no problem finding fun things to do. I just can’t wait to bring your pooch in on all the fun we’re having!

Pet care experience

***I have experience with dogs, cats, horses, fish, reptiles/amphibians, birds, chickens, bunnies, and rodents. I'm willing to expand my knowledge upon request!*** ***Just updated!!! Starting this year, I am adding 10% discounts of the total for seniors (aged 55 and over), military families and extended stays (8 days or more)!! Please be sure to mention if you are a senior (may request proof), or are, or have someone living with you who is in the military! There’s just nothing better than the love a fur (or non-fur) baby brings into our lives! They’re always there for us, and just want to make us happy. They’re so selfless, and I’ve always wanted to do what I can to give back to them however I could. That’s why being a sitter is a dream come true for me! I love that I can bring more fur-baby happiness into the world and give back to owners by providing them peace of mind all at the same time. One of the best things about me as a sitter is that I have a fairly open schedule. I’m a full-time pet lover! I’ll be able to be with your babies all throughout the day, so they will never be crated for hours on end. That makes me a great match for your fur-babies that are already used to having a human presence around them during the day, or for ones that could benefit from that! My four kids (aged 2, 6, 9 and 13) also love having animals around, so someone will always be there to make your fur baby feel safe and sound when they’re with me. When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It’s a great way to make sure that we’re all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pets and your care expectations. No one knows your fur babies better than you do, so it’s always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their fur babies tick! Finally, I just love meeting new animals! I like to get down on their level to show them that I’m a welcome presence here to make friends, and I’m sure we’ll be best buddies in no time at all. When your fur baby is in my care, I live by the golden rule: I treat your fur baby as if they were my own! I tend to be a bit overprotective of the pets under my care, meaning that I’ll always take the safest options possible to ensure that your fur baby is never put in danger for any reason. On the flip side, they will definitely be the beneficiary of tons of love! My family adores animals and can’t wait to spoil them with tons of kisses and cuddles. I also believe that communication is of utmost importance, so I’ll always send lots and lots of updates with accompanying pictures, so you can see just how much fun we’re having together.

Jessica has done a great job with our 3 cats and bearded dragon when we went on vacation for a week! One of our cats is diabetic and needed insulin shots twice a day. Jessica made me feel so much better about leaving!! She is thorough, detailed and professional. She went above and beyond to take care of everything. I cannot recommend her enough and I will definitely be a return client ❤️
