Monday - Friday: 6:00 am - 8:00 pm Saturday - Sunday: 6:00 am - 9:00 am or 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Pick-up and drop-off times are arranged at the time of booking and will be scheduled within a designated one-hour time window. Please be sure to select a window that works best for your schedule. If you need to request a change to your scheduled time, kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice. While changes are not guaranteed, I will always do my best to accommodate when possible. To help ensure a smooth experience for all pets in my care, arrivals must take place within 15 minutes of your scheduled time. I schedule around work meetings and client visits and appointments, and I carefully stagger pick-up and drop-off times. Arriving more than 15 minutes early or late will result in a $10 fee Arriving more than one hour early or late will result in a $25 fee, and your booking may be subject to cancellation For pick-ups, if you arrive more than one hour after your scheduled window, your pet may need to stay until the following day. This will be charged as an additional night at $40. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, and I will always do my best to be understanding and accommodating when possible.
