I have a fairly flexible schedule while I work from home part-time making it easy to navigate pet care. My availability on weekends is also flexible with advanced notice.

My dog, Toby, is older and a bit of a couch potato. Our regular routine is a couple short walks daily with in-between potty breaks as needed. Weekends usually incorporate longer walks. Additionally there are plenty of toys available at all times. Plus daily treats and chew toys. I have a senior cat in the home, so gentleness is needed.

A typical day
I enjoy going to parks for walking and off-leash play if available. Other activities would be walking the neighborhood and fun playtime with my dog (only if your pet is also dog-friendly). We love going to dog parks!

Pet care experience
I love taking care of animals and helping people! I have professionally taken care of dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, reptiles, fish, and plants. I have volunteered with wildlife rescues, Transitions Pet Care, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Food & Friends, and more! It is a true hobby for me to care for others. I have a very calm, quiet demeanor so I am good with all types of animals, including people. People closest to me have described me as "extremely patient."

Jessica did an AMAZING job of taking care of our senior cat, plants, and fish. I was so nervous to leave our cat because of some health issues, but Jessica handled his medication, and any changes he needed very well!! I would definitely have her back ☺️
