I think it's important to take the time to make sure everything is secure like double checking that outside gates are closed and there's nothing an animal shouldn't get into nearby. My favorite part about having a pet is spending quality time with them and giving lots of belly rubs!

Hi! My name's Jessica, and I'm currently in a master's program for social work! I've grown up with animals and currently have 1 cat and 1 dog. I have experience taking care of my elderly cat, who was sick with kidney disease, so I know how to administer medicine, help them to eat, and be cognizant of behavior patterns. I volunteered at my local cat shelter for 3 years, where I cleaned the cages, fed them, played with them, and groomed them.
