I have been a pet sitter with Rover since 2018 and have had the opportunity to work with so many wonderful pets and their families! I have worked with both cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies throughout this time. I have had friends, family, and other members of Morgan Hill and Gilroy rely on my services for dog walking, house sitting, and drop in visits. You can rest assured that I will carefully follow all instructions given for your pet's care. I grew up with both dogs and cats and have not lived a day without one in my life. I adore animals and really value the connections that can be made with our furry friends. I believe in treating animals with respect and dignity and put that first when interacting with any kind of animal. I want your pets to feel safe and comfortable above all else! My most favorite thing about working with so many pets is that I am able to discover a new, unique personality shine through. If you choose me for your pet care, you can guarantee I will be responsive, responsible, and treat your pet with love and respect.

Safety, trust & environment
My biggest priority is that your pet feels safe and comfortable when I am taking care of them. If I am doing a drop in visit with your pet, I won't push them to interact if they don't want to. I believe in allowing your pets to take the lead on how much they want to be around me. If they are willing to play and run around with me great! If they would rather sit quietly near me, I am understanding of that too. I like to treat animals the way I might treat any human: with respect and empathy. I will talk to your pet, even on walks! I am known to have full blown conversations with dogs as we walk. You will never see me on my phone as we walk unless it is to take photos of your pet for you. I know that being aware of our surroundings on walks is key for maintaining a fun and safe walk. I am also certified in pet CPR and first aid. I am very familiar with the closest 24 hr emergency vets and can take your pet there should an emergency occur. I do have my own pet care insurance and a business license for both Gilroy and Morgan Hill.

Jessica did a great job and I would definitely use her again! My shy cat who has never come out of hiding for anyone even made several appearances for her.

Jessica was amazing and took really great care of our three cats! She showed up on time every day, provided detailed notes and sent pictures so we would know how our fur babies were doing! We will definitely be booking with her again in the future!
Jessica is the best cat sitter! She watched my last cat before she passed away and even though it says she's out of my range, she still accepted to watch my new baby. Takes very good care of pets and gives lots of attention ☺️
Jessica provided such excellent care of our senior cat, Mittens. She ensured Mittens received her medication daily, thoroughly cleaned up after her, and gave her lots of love. She also took care of our dog, Dakota, and provided excellent care and updates with photos for each visit. We came home to happy pets and feel so fortunate for Jessica!

Schedule
I am a college grad and full time pet sitter/ dog walker. Pet sitting is my job and I take it very seriously! I update my calendar frequently so that I can try to best fit your needs. I kindly ask that you give me at least 2 weeks notice if you are a new client. I do require meet and greets before accepting new clients. The meet and greet will determine if we are a good fit for each other. If you are a reoccurring client, at least three days notice is preferred when possible.

- Here are things I would love to know about your pets: - Eating habits and general routine - Any allergies, medical conditions, etc? - Do you have a preferred vet? Do you have a preferred 24 hour vet? - Do you use soup when cleaning their bowls? - What kind of water source is preferred (tap, filtered, water bottle, etc)? - Do they have a history of trying to run out the door? Dog specific - is your dog reactive? If so, what are their triggers? - Does your dog pull on leash? - Does your dog react poorly to other dogs, cats, or people? Cat specific - Where are their litter boxes? - Does your cat get easily overstimulated when being pet?
