Your dog’s happy home from home
Hi, my name is Jess! I live with my lovely little family and our gorgeous Goldendoodle, Bodhi. I’ve had some time away from Rover since relocating, however now I’m settled and working from home with lots of spare time again, I am back offering my family home for your fur baby. My family and I have an unconditional love for animals, especially dogs! I’m an experienced dog owner, enhanced DBS checked, and I run my own small business from home. This means that, between the school runs, I’m around throughout the day in the house to provide walks, regular garden breaks, companionship and plenty of cuddles. Your dog won’t be left alone for any long periods and will become part of our family during their stay. I completely understand how important it is to feel reassured when leaving your furry friend with someone else. I’m very happy to send regular photographs and updates so you can relax knowing that your dog is safe, settled and being thoroughly doted on. We have two animal loving children, aged five and seven, who are gentle, caring and respectful around dogs. For everyone’s safety and happiness, we can only welcome dogs who are comfortable and safe around children and who will be a good fit within our family home. Our Goldendoodle, Bodhi, is three years old and has the most wonderful temperament. She loves children and other dogs, is full of character and can be excitable when she first meets someone—but she soon settles and is generally very relaxed and rather lazy! Throughout my childhood and adult life, I have cared for a variety of animals, including dogs of many different breeds, rabbits, ducks and turtles. We have a lovely garden where dogs can enjoy some fresh air, play and explore. We also live close to beautiful fields that are perfect for enjoyable walks and lovely scenery. We have spare bowls, blankets, leads, treats, puppy pads if required and a separate, peaceful feeding area. I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine, including their feeding schedule, walks, sleeping arrangements and any individual care instructions. Please bring anything familiar that may help them feel comfortable and settled. I’m also very happy to arrange a meet and greet beforehand so that you, your dog, Bodhi and our family can get to know one another and make sure it feels like the right fit for everyone. A dog truly makes a house a home, and we have been lucky enough to welcome many dogs into ours. Any dog staying with us will receive a loving, home-from-home experience and will be treated as part of our family until it is time for them to return to yours. Jessica is amazing. She is so caring towards the pets in her care. First class service received. Merlin my Cavalier was so relaxed with Jessica and her own dogs. Jessica managed to fit Zubin in to her schedule, Zubin enjoyed his stay and we had piece of mind with the regular updates and photos.
Pudding stayed with Jess this weekend while we had a family event. She had the most amazing time playing with Jess’s own dog Bella and her two little ones. She came home and fell straight to sleep after playing all weekend. She can not wait to come and stay again. I could not recommend Jess enough to look after your fur baby
We needed a sitter as we had a family emergency down south and Jess was able to accommodate our cocker spaniel. I can say he was made to feel part of the family and her dog Bella got on well with him and he looked like he thoroughly enjoyed being fussed over by the kids, we received daily updates with pictures and he looked like he was living his best life. Jess, I just want to say a thousand thank you’s for treating my dog as one of your own and I think he’ll be looking forward to staying with you all again ?? Sam, Scott and Obi.
Jessica and her family were brilliant in the way they looked after my dog. She was reassuring and ensured all of his needs were met and that he would feel part of the family. Photos and updates provided and he looked relaxed and very at home in these. I would definitely ask Jessica to have again and have no hesitation in recommending to others (have done already). Thank you so much for looking after Buzz so brilliantly.

Schedule
I run my own business from home, so I’m available throughout the day between the school runs. This gives me plenty of time to offer your dog regular garden breaks, daytime walks, playtime, companionship and lots of cuddles. My work is flexible, meaning I can adapt my routine to meet each dog’s individual needs.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fully enclosed, secure garden with high fencing where dogs can enjoy supervised outdoor time. Our home also has several internal doors, allowing us to create separate, calm areas whenever needed, particularly during feeding or settling-in time. Dogs are supervised around our children, who are gentle, respectful and experienced with animals. We follow each owner’s instructions carefully, including feeding, walking, sleeping and medication routines. Dogs remain safely on a lead during walks unless otherwise agreed, and we offer a meet and greet beforehand to make sure they are comfortable with Bodhi, our children and our home.

We often use nature walk nearby to get out as a family all together! We also take our Bodhi with us to many other places. As a family we spend lots of time in the garden.
