I share my home with Juzai, my leash-reactive German Shepherd mix, who had a challenging puppyhood before me. When Chip died, it traumatized him, leading to his fear-based reactivity toward strangers but we've worked through a lot together. Plus, there's Baby, my well-balanced 1.5 year-old pit mix, who's a total sweetheart. Before them, I managed two pit bulls with real aggression issues learning their triggers, reading body language, de-escalating tension, and building trust. That hands on experience, plus my ongoing education, shapes how I care for the spicy dogs. I'm pursuing my training certification and starting my own business specically tailored to the gentle souls im talking about. Whether your pup pulls, lunges, growls, or just needs extra space to feel secure, I'll meet them where they are offering calm, structured environments, scent sensitive spaces, and nutrition focused routines.
