Availability
We work a M-F 8-5 (home most mornings and always home for potty breaks every 4 hours) and love being active outside working hours. We work and live in the heart of downtown St. John’s so one of us is always nearby for a check-in on lunch breaks in the city and we love walking our dog Nora before or after work (depending on the outside temp). Weekends we love being outdoors with our family or chilling at home watching TV with the cats.

My partner and I own our own home. We have a fully fenced in yard in the heart of DT (rare we know) with motion sensor cameras/lights in our back yard. We have 2 stories in our home and puppy gates on our stairs if we need to separate our pets and while our dog was healing from her TPLO. We have a large kennel if any dog needs to decompress or would prefer sleeping in one. Our home is for our WHOLE family, cats and dogs are allowed on all furniture as this is their home too! Cat litter is kept on a separate floor with a cat door for cat access and no dog access at all. My partner works from home part time so is able to check on the animals in our house. We have experience with both cats and dogs healing from surgery (teeth/gum removal and TPLO) as well as with giving medications (diabetic cat on injectable insulin) as well as special diets

A typical day
We love spending time outside with your dog! We love walking on trail’s and in the woods! We love using interactive toys with dogs, whether we’re playing with a toy to play tug or using a puzzle toy to eat their supper we love making sure your pet is both mentally and physically exercised and happy.

Pet care experience
We are both very comfortable around all animals and have experience with all breeds of dogs. Our dog has had gum surgery and a TPLO so we’re very comfortable giving medications and watching animals during recovery. Our cat is diabetic so we’re used to animals on a very strict schedule as well as injecting medications.
