A safe vacation home for your pets!
We are both dog lovers who can’t decide which of our guests have been our favorite! We have experience with administering IV medications. Many of our guests have had separation anxiety, but we provide a calming and loving environment that they end up loving their vacation! Pitties and low-riders are extra welcome :)

Jessica and Amie took great care of Arlo for our weekend away. They were very friendly and Arlo didn’t want to leave after his vacation!
Boarded my dog Ouji with Amie and Jessica for a quick weekend, and Ouji seemed happy, so I’m happy. A big plus for me was that they were relatively responsive. Would board with them again!
Jessica and Amie took great care of Cooper! They welcomed their home to be his home and sent photos and updates of his stay.
Jessica and Amie did an excellent job with caring for my dog Sydney while I was out of town for a weekend trip! They have a very genuine love and respect for dogs and Syd connected with them right away. I know that she felt safe in their home and got all the care and attention that she needed. Schedule
We both work full time (not from home) but give lots of love to our canine guests when we’re home. Weekend boarding is ideal, but we’ve had plenty of weekday guests who can be left alone for more than 4 hours. Evening dropoff/pickups are preferred. When we board a dog during the weekdays, one of us is able to come home during our lunch break to let the dog out for a quick potty break. If your pup cannot be alone for more than 4 hours during a weekday, this is not an ideal fit!!

Safety, trust & environment
We typically let the dogs have free roam of the apartment during the day and when we are out. If you prefer your dog to be in a crate when nobody is home, feel free to bring one! We have space for a crate (not provided). We do not have a fenced in yard. Our neighborhood has many dogs, and most are friendly but we stay vigilant and make sure everyone is comfortable before sniffing butts :)
A typical day
We like taking walks around Somerville/Cambridge. We can take them to the Fells or the Mystic River trails on nice days. If you allow your dog to be off leash, there are plenty of dog parks nearby. Otherwise, indoor activities include couch cuddle time!

- Please let us know if your dog barks at outside noise as we try to be mindful of neighbors. Any other info is much appreciated: - If your dog is easily startled/reactive towards certain things (e.g. skateboards/bikes, small children, other animals) as our neighborhood is very close to a elementary school - If your dog has special dietary needs. - If your dog likes to nip on houseplants. - If your dog is a food scavenger or has a habit of getting into human foods. We would do some rearranging so things are not within reach of our four-legged friends.
