In addition to caring for a small family dog my entire life, I previously worked as a veterinary assistant in a spay and neuter clinic which gave me valuable skills in caring for dogs (and cats) of all breeds and sizes. As part of my employment, I completed and was certified in Fearfree animal care. Additionally, I have both volunteered and worked as an aquarist and husbandry technician at wildlife rescues!

I am more than happy to visit during the day to care for your animal. Depending on your needs, I can let them out, feed them, refill water dishes, and ensure their bedding is clean and fresh!

Jessica was great with our two little dogs! They were fed on time, taken out for plenty of time outside, played with, and crated properly at the end of the night. She was very good with my more "standoffish" dog and bonded well with her. We received plenty of pictures letting us know that they were happy and well cared for. Jessica was also very communicative to us, updating us about our dogs' status every few hours. It gave us a lot of peace of mind to know that there was someone doing such a great job caring for them. We would absolutely book with Jessica again if we need another dog-sitter in the future.

Schedule
I’m currently a nursing student (and missing my own dog who we lost last April) and would love to offer my love and experience to care for your animal! My schedule varies from week to week, so I keep my calendar updated. I can also schedule a few weeks in advance, so please reach out!
