I've cared for pets most of my life. As a kid, we had multiple cats, and I routinely pet-sit for family members' pets, including dogs, a guinea pig, a rabbit, and small fish. I have experience with animals of all ages, from kitten/puppy to senior, as well as various personality types: shy, sassy, energetic, calm, friendly, etc. For 4 years, I was the main caretaker of our family dog, Max. This included feeding, staying on top of water intake, walking, brushing, as well as giving him his oral liquid medication for a brief time. Currently, my husband and I have 2 cats. I do 100% of the cat care; feeding, waterless baths, brushing, trimming claws, playing/enrichment, and scooping litter. I'm very used to hairballs and such, so I have no problem cleaning up messes if and when they happen. Speaking of cleaning, I'm happy to provide complimentary, minor cleaning services during bookings. This includes small tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning counters. I'm happy to do more thorough pet-related cleaning (ex. cleaning litter boxes, etc.) for a small fee, too. Lastly, I'm conversational in ASL, should you require that accommodation! :)

I know what kind of sitter I would want taking care of my cats; that's the kind of sitter I strive to be. I've experienced the anxiety that can come with not only being away from your furry family members, but entrusting them with an unfamiliar sitter, so I do everything I can to put those worries at ease. I love and care for all animals I sit for as if they're my own. Their health, safety, and happiness comes before all else. I use hand sanitizer before and after every visit, and do my best to respect your home and your space every second that I'm there.

Took great care of our animals, very descriptive in her check ins, always responsive to my messages! Also uses different ways to stimulate cats to keep them happy and entertained.
Jessica always takes such great care of our boys! She was great with administering medications and following food/litter/play instructions. I can tell the cats feel relaxed around her from the photos, and she is always communicative. Great sitter to ease anxiety on any trips away!
Jessica was great! The cats seemed happy and she sent lots of pictures! She housesit for my two cats for several days. I would use her again!
Jessica was great with our 2 cats! Super communicative during every visit, our cats liked her (even our shy cat!), and she followed our directions perfectly. We got home and felt like we could get right back into our routine instead of triple checking that everything is well. She was really kind and accommodating about some scheduling mix ups on our end which was amazing. Would definitely trust her again and would recommend to any anxious travelers for some peace of mind.

Schedule
I work 4-5 days a week in the evenings, so I'm primarily available in the mornings and early afternoons. If you require care outside of these hours, feel free to reach out and we'll see if it falls on days when I'm off! I'm happy to see if I can work around my schedule to ensure your pets get the care they deserve!
