Repeat client of Jessica, consistently reliable, highly recommend!

Our cat was happy and healthy when we returned. Jessica went above and beyond carrying a heavy box into our house that was delivered the first day we were away. It was a valuable item and would have been at risk if it had stayed on the porch until our return.

Jessica was great with our dogs, provided walks reports and photos each visit. We will be using her again in the future!

Very patient and reliable with my dogs. I have an Aussie who doesn't like people in his home, and a dachshund who's stubborn about going outdoors and both did great the entire time she looked after them. I appreciate how flexible she was helping me too. I will be recommending her to my friends who need help.

Jessica did a wonderful job taking care of our 4 cats while we were gone for a very long vacation over the Holidays no less. We were even delayed a day coming home and she offered to continue to check on our kitties even though her contract was done! 😊 She sent us pictures and communicated regularly with us. She even made a special trip to our house to bring in a package that was delivered while we were gone! Definitely recommend Jessica. Thank you for everything!

Jessica was very gentle with the dogs during our meet and greet. However, she did not follow my instructions for their feeding and walks. I asked that they keep to their usual schedule to lessen the stress of a stranger’s care: feeding at 8 am and 6 pm with a walk after dinner. On 7/24 evening, everything seemed to go well. However on 7/25 the check-in for breakfast showed 12:15 and for dinner 7 pm. The 18 minute walk showed 0 distance. On 7/26 breakfast check-in showed 10:15 am. I called her at 3:00 to let her know I’d be coming home early, so don’t worry about the evening visit. I told her I’d pay her anyway. Despite that, she came at 4:40 and fed them anyway. Consequently I would not trust her with my dogs again. No tip.
