Above and beyond! Jessica is the best sitter I have booked on Rover so far. She is great in communications and always let you feel assured that your pet is fed and loved!

Jessica was very sweet and seemed really enthusiastic about taking care of my dog, but unfortunately I felt that communication wasn't up to par with what it should have been. I had to check in daily to see if my dog was okay (rather than her reaching out to me with any update). Her responses were incredibly slow and inconsistent. She expressed mild concern over my dogs bowel movements, when I followed up with questions and concern it took about 6 hours before I got a follow up response. I received very few photos. I also had scheduled her to check on my dog in the morning (described as between 8 AM - 10 AM), midday, and evening. The first day I messaged her asking how my dog was around 11/11:30 AM, and she said she was on her way over, meaning that my poor pup had to hold her bladder until nearly noon despite us discussing an earlier visit. She also was unaware as to when she was supposed to stop coming (showed up when my friend was at the house taking over), which would have been way worse if she stopped coming too soon, but still felt in line with the general lack of communication/follow through. Generally, I felt stressed and completely uncertain if my dog was okay or taken care of while I was gone. I feel badly for writing a less than stellar review because Jessica is so sweet, but to be honest I wouldn't use her services again and want to be honest in my review.
