Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Jessica, I chose her based off her reviews and I felt my expectations were clear for the job as I did chose the house sitting service. I’m out of town for 10 days and I wanted my cats to have a sitter there, Jessica did not spend her time with my cats or at my house. On day two they were alone all day and sitting in the dark until i texted her to see how they were doing and then that is when she went over there, turned on the light on put their food and then turned off the lights and left. 8:35pm at night a total of 11 mins, I proceeded to respectfully text Jessica that this is not the service I chose I paid for house sitting not drop by visits. She let me know she can do it and she’ll be there the next day. Did not arrive until 2:40pm and left by 3:16pm. I was under the impression that my cats will be taken care of in the comfort of my own home but I was actually in deep regret of my decision to have a house sitter because they did not get the attention and care that they deserve and normally receive. Also Jessica did not respond to messages immediately it took between 1-3 hours. Had I not had a camera system I wouldn’t have known the lack of care happening.

We are so pleased with Jessica services as pet sitter. We left our cat Xiao Bie for 8 days with her during our trip to NY. She sent us messages and pictures every single day and even facetiming with our cat which was really great. The first days the cat stayed hidden under a bed and we were a little concerned, a couple of days later we got a picture showing her on a bed where she seemed to be well comfortable.
