I make sure to tend to my own dog every morning before heading out for work, and making sure he is all set for the day. He goes on 2-3 walks a day, so that he can exhaust energy, stimulate his sense, and explore nature.

Then from there I just play with the pet or allow the pet time to warm up to me and let them know I am a safe person and it is a safe environment.
