A meet-and-greet beforehand is essential to ensure we fully understand your pet’s needs and routine. For any special requests, we prefer having them written down to ensure nothing is overlooked. Safety is always our top priority. Pets will always be leashed when taken outside unless in a secure, enclosed area. While we strive to maintain their usual routine, we may need to adjust certain activities for their safety. Our goal is to provide a trusting, secure, and comfortable environment where your pet feels happy and cared for while you're away.

Jesse was amazing! She sent me photos of my Ike while we were away. I didn’t have to question how he was and I appreciated the daily communication and updates. I felt at ease knowing she was with him. I will definitely use her again in the future.
Jesse was wonderful caring for our cat Linus while we were away! Linus can be very finicky with who he lets bond with him and he warmed right up to Jesse!
