Availability

Because of my unique setup, your dog will virtually never be alone. • 24/7 Supervision: My wife Charlotte works from home full-time, meaning potty breaks, belly rubs, and constant companionship are always available. • The Firefighter Schedule: I work 24-hour shifts as a firefighter, but I am completely off-duty 6 days out of every 8. On my off days, I am 100% dedicated to exercise, training reinforcement, and outdoor adventures with your pup. • Note to Owners: This schedule allows us to be incredibly flexible. Whether your dog needs a midday walk or a long-term boarding stay, there is almost always someone here to keep them safe and happy.

Safety, trust & environment

• Structure: I stick strictly to your feeding and medication schedules. If you are working on specific training or leash manners, I am happy to reinforce those habits during their stay. • We have a deep love for Shepherds and large breeds, so we aren't afraid of big energy (or small dogs with big energy). Expect plenty of exercise, enrichment games, and quiet cuddle time in the evenings. We also have extensive experience with reactivity. • Medication & Special Needs: If your dog requires oral meds, injections, or has mobility issues, I am happy to do whatever they need. Our dog had extensive medical complications and are very accustom to administering medication. • Updates: You’ll receive regular photos and "pupdate" texts so you can see your dog is relaxed and having a great time. We know how much we loved these updates with our own pup.

Information Jesse & Charlotte P. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know about: • The 'Quirks': Do they have a specific triggers? • Reactivity: Are they 'leash reactive' to other dogs, or do they have a high prey drive for squirrels? Knowing this helps me plan the safest walking routes. • Medical & Allergies: Please list any allergies or specific medical needs. My goal is to be a seamless transition for your pet. The more I know, the more at home they’ll feel!

A typical day

Because every dog is unique, my 'typical day' is whatever your dog’s typical day looks like. I don’t believe in a one size fits all schedule; instead, I adapt our home to match your dog's current routine so they feel right at home.

Reliable, Loving Care for All Pups

Pet care experience

Lifelong dog lover with extensive experience! I grew up in a household where dogs weren't just pets, they were family. My parents were breeders, giving me early hands on experience with everything from the delicate Italian Greyhound to powerful Rottweilers, Bulldogs, and Shepherds. My wife and I recently lost our beloved German Shepherd, and we are looking to fill that hole by providing top tier care for your pets. Whether your pup is a very high energy or a senior who needs a slow pace, I’ve seen and handled it all. • Deeply familiar with various breed temperaments and sizes. • Training Savvy: I use consistent, positive reinforcement techniques. • Medical Peace of Mind: Highly experienced in administering medications and managing special physical or behavioural needs. • Attentive Care: Since I’m currently between dogs of my own, your pup will get 100% of my focus and affection.

Jesse watched Bo for two days of daycare and Bo had a great time! He returned to us happy and was excited seeing Jesse the next day when we dropped him off. Jesse shared plenty of photos and a great report at the end of the day. He was also flexible and communicative and we felt Bo was in good hands. We’ll definitely book with Jesse next time we’re in town!

Jesse was great at communicating with us for the two walks he had Sadie. He let us know how she did after her walk, took pictures and used the Rover walk card so we could see where they went! I would highly recommend Jesse for dog walking and will use him again for Sadie! Thanks for taking care of Sadie. 🐶
