I’m a college student and have class Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-5, but otherwise am generally available all week! Please reach out with any requests—I always love meeting new pets.

My first and foremost priority is always making your pets feel comfortable and safe with me. I establish trust with any animal before interacting with or taking care of them, and I always communicate with owners as to their pets’ personalities and preferences.

I do charge an additional $5 per drop-in visit or $10 per day of house-sitting for higher-needs pets (for example, those who need medication, have frequent accidents, etc) at my discretion. I will always make this clear when relevant at our meet and greet—no surprises. Please let me know what I can do to make your pet have a great staycation!
A typical day
I put a lot of effort into getting cute, funny, and unique photos during visits, so you can see exactly what your beloved critter has been up to. Please see my profile for examples! As for dogs, my personal playtime favorites are fetch and tug-of-war! If your dog has a favorite park he loves, I would be willing to take him there for walks or to play with other dogs. Please let me know of any favorite toys or games for either dogs or cats, and I’ll be more than happy to keep your pet entertained.

Pet care experience
(he/him) I’ve had pets my entire life - dogs, cats, lizards, and guinea pigs - and there is nothing I love more than taking care of and bonding with them! It’s so rewarding to have a happy animal in my care. I’m skilled at gaining animals’ trust and affection, even if they are usually shy; reading pets’ body language is a strong suit of mine, so I can tell what they need moment-to-moment. I’m experienced in administering oral medication, so I can keep your senior and medicated pets healthy and happy. I’m also typically able to take your pets to any appointments they might have or need, such as grooming or veterinary visits. I currently have four beloved pets of my own: a little terrier mix, two handsome cats, and a bearded dragon. I can’t wait to meet and befriend your pets!

Jesse was excellent as always :) Our cat Ollie hates when we leave town, but I know he always loves seeing Jesse. We always know he is in good hands with him and will always book with him when we are away. Always on time, always makes sure to give him all the attention he needs, and even taught us a new activity called “treat fetch”. Also, he sends us the BEST photos of Ollie (one of his update photos is our desktop wallpaper). Thank you Jesse!!!
Jesse was absolutely wonderful with our cat Ollie again :) He gives the best updates, photos, and is very reliable. We know our Ollie is in good hands with Jesse, and we will definitely be reaching out to him every time we go away.

Jesse was absolutely wonderful with our kitty Ollie and made sure to go above and beyond to take care of our sweet boy, give us detailed updates everyday, and send us great pictures. It’s so hard leaving your pets for a long time, but with Jesse’s updates and pictures, we could see Ollie had a great friend to keep him company. I know Ollie will miss his new friend, but we will definitely be reaching out to him again when we go away!
