I’ve had pets throughout my life, from dogs and cats, to fish, guinea pigs, rats, lizards, and spiders. I’m not intimidated by any species or any breed and am confident in my ability to care for animals of all ages and needs, including senior animals, animals with special needs, and/or animals who need medical care. My professional background includes over 6 years of animal care in a humane society and as a veterinary assistant in a vet clinic. My current profession involves advocacy to keep people and their pets together and I work with animal partners nationally and throughout San Diego to spread the message that pets are family. I’m new to Rover, but I’m not new to caring for animals and can promise you I will care for your pet(s) with love and compassion, while being responsible and communicative. I know what it’s like to worry about a pet while away from home and I won’t leave you hanging.
