Jess has been an amazing help with my dog Otis! She’s extremely reliable, caring, and easy to communicate with. Otis is always happy and relaxed after spending time with her. I’d definitely recommend her!

Jess was an absolute life saver looking after our two cats when we went on holiday. They are usually extremely anxious and don't warm to people very easily but she seemed to really put them at ease.
