I have a dog and a lizard so I’m always feeding/playing with/walking/grooming/cuddling someone! My dog gizmo is very energetic and a little bit difficult, so I’m comfortable with those more challenging cases. I also know reptile and cat care, as I’ve owned cats, lizards, and snakes—I grew up on farms lol

I walk gizmo 2-3 times a day, feed him twice, give him medication, and play for at least 30 mins. I also bathe him and clean him after our walks.

I always like to spend at least a few minutes with an owner and their pet- that way I don’t come off as a threat. When first meeting a dog I never want to meet them without their owner around- absolutely no breed preferences.

Parks, beaches, any kind of nature walk in the area. Also dog parks (if safe and approved with care taker). I like to play fetch and go on walks, really just enjoy playing and cuddling.

Hi there! I’m Jess, a college educated writer and pet sitter who loves puppers. I’ve been working with animals of all sorts since I was 6 years old and volunteered on a farm, and I have experience with every dog from chihuahua to mastiff (the mastiff was mine!). I honestly love dogs, and everyone always says I’m great with animals- so why not spend some time with dogs during my free time? I’m gentle with my approaches, and on top of pet sitting I am a nanny- so I can handle any situation thrown at me! I also have experience as a life guard and in CPR and First Aid. I’ve never had a complaint, and I purely believe that’s because I love dogs, cats, and animals in general.

Jess was fantastic! Took great care of my pup Luna during her 2 drop in visits. Was punctual and responsive to messages. Will definitely use her again. Luna loved her :)
I met Jess after a friend referred me to her when I needed a last minute dog sitter. She's always been reliable, and my pup- Otis- loves her! Couldn't ask for a better person to watch my boy!
