I am a cat mom! She is an indoor cat, so I make sure to keep the home temperature regulated both at home and remotely. She is on a feeding routine that we developed to ensure her health and water intake. She has all of the toys, cat beds and cat tree a lil lady could dream of! When house sitting or drop ins, if the home has a fence, I play fetch with doggos in the fenced in area. If not, I ask the parent where a safe place is to play fetch outside they usually utilize. For potty breaks, I will supervise them in fence or on leash if there is no fence. Mostly, I follow what their parents do.

Does your fur baby have medications that need to be administered daily? Is there any behaviors they engage in to communicate that they don’t want attention, play, etc? Are they “skiddish” around strangers?

Playing fetch outside or in the home (especially if the weather is of concern). Lots of pets and using indoor toys. For instance: my kitty loves her ribbon toys and we exercise this at least once per day (she’s a senior kitty).

Jessica stayed in our home for 8 days to care for our two Bichons, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Her communication was great throughout — she sent lots of pictures and kept us updated, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. When we returned, our pups were happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It's obvious she treated them like her own. Our home was left in good condition as well, which we truly appreciated. We would absolutely recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter. We already plan to book with her again for our future needs!
Jess was awesome with our 3 dogs. She kept them very busy with lots of attention, walks, playing ball and hanging out. We received pictures and updates regularly. Jess stayed in our home and was very respectful and handled some work being done on our house while we were gone. Definitely would have her back to watch our dogs again.
Jess was amazing! Her friendliness won our dog over right away, and our (very timid) cat wanted attention from her, too! Jess was very good at communicating, asking questions, sending pictures and making sure that our pets were well taken care of. She's a natural with animals which is wonderful because our dog freaked out when our smoke detector started chirping and Jess handled it all like a pro! (And bonus that she left my house super clean!). I highly recommend Jess and will use her again in the future.
I can’t say enough great things about Jess! From the moment she met Barry and Winnie, I knew my pups were in loving, capable hands. She went above and beyond—daily walks, cuddle sessions, photo updates, and so much thoughtful attention to all their quirky little habits. I came home to two happy, relaxed dogs and a spotless house. Jess gave me such peace of mind while I was away. Barry and Winnie clearly adored her (I’m pretty sure they were a little sad to see her go!). If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pets and home like her own, Jess is the one. Truly exceptional! 🐾💛
