During brief moments when I need to complete fieldwork, your pets will still be in a safe and secure environment. Weekend Adventures: Weekends are dedicated to dog-friendly activities. With your permission, I will take your dog, along with my personal dog, on exciting weekend adventures to places like farmers markets, state parks, and other fun outings, ensuring they have an enriching and enjoyable experience. Training and House Rules: I believe in the benefits of crate training and positive reinforcement. I will adhere to your house rules and training methods to provide a consistent and respectful environment for your dog during their stay. By integrating these practices into our routine, I ensure your pets are safe, engaged, and well-cared for every day.

For Pet Boarding and Day Care: When pets stay in my home, they become integrated into our household routine. Each pet is provided with a safe and secure crate for times when I am away from the house or when they need a little peace and quiet. While outside the house or outside my secure backyard, all pets are kept leashed for their safety. They are provided with fresh water, plenty of comfortable beds to sleep on, and an array of toys to keep them entertained. To ensure a healthy environment for all, I require that all pets staying in my home are current on vaccinations and free of fleas and ticks. I am unable to accept dogs with aggression issues due to my personal dog also living in the home with me. For Drop-in Visits: When I visit your home for a drop-in visit, I ensure all doors and gates are secure before I leave. I will check that your pet's bedding is clean and wash it as needed. Your pet will be securely leashed when leaving your home or private yard for any outdoor activities. For House Sitting: I provide comprehensive overnight care from 7 pm to 7 am, ensuring your pets have companionship and attention throughout the night. Additionally, I include up to two drop-in visits during the day, depending on your pet's needs and the number of pets in the home. This ensures they receive the care and interaction they need even when you’re away. My approach guarantees a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for your pets, whether they are staying in my home or I am caring for them in yours.

A typical day
Boarded Guests: Dogs staying with me for boarding are seamlessly integrated into my household routine. To ensure compatibility, all first-time guests must complete one day care visit at standard pricing before their booking. Boarded guests are treated like family, with access to a safe crate for times when I am away or at night. Each day, I provide one neighborhood walk, and for an additional fee, your dog can join me on weekend adventures to farmers markets, outdoor music venues, or horse shows. I follow all care instructions, feed your provided food, and can administer up to one medication at no extra cost ($2/day per additional medication). Toys and other enrichment items are always available. Drop-In Visits: During drop-in visits, I follow the owner's instructions meticulously, ensuring the home is properly secured before I leave. I will wash pet bedding as needed and check mail. This service does not include watering plants or caring for caged pets or aquariums. Equine Care: I am also experienced in caring for equines. Please ask me about special pricing for these services.
