Hey, I’m Jess! I’m a highly experienced pet carer, having gained valuable knowledge and hands-on experience at one of Hertfordshire’s largest doggy day care and training centres. During my time there, I developed my skills in a fast-paced environment, confidently handling multiple dogs, supporting training in a variety of settings, understanding canine behaviour, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and welfare. Providing exceptional care is at the heart of everything I do. I renewed my Canine First Aid and Emergency Care qualification in February this year, giving you extra peace of mind that your dog is in safe hands should the unexpected ever happen. I offer a bespoke, personalised pet care service, tailoring every experience to your pet’s individual personality, routine, and needs. From individual or carefully matched small group walks to drop-in visits, day care, and home boarding, every service is designed around what’s best for your pet while giving you complete confidence and peace of mind. As a fellow pet owner, I completely understand how difficult it can be to leave your beloved companion with someone else. That’s why I offer more than just pet care. I provide a genuine home from home experience where every dog is welcomed as part of the family. Their individual needs, routine, and happiness are at the heart of everything I do, providing the same love, care, and attention I’d want for my own pets. Building genuine relationships with owners is just as important to me as caring for their pets. I take the time to understand your expectations, ensuring you feel confident, supported, and completely at ease from our very first conversation. Home Boarding I generally offer one to one boarding because I believe every dog deserves individual love, care, and attention while they’re away from home. This allows me to tailor every stay to their unique routine and needs, ensuring they feel safe, relaxed, and truly part of the family. During busier periods, there may occasionally be a short overlap between bookings, or I may accept a maximum of two boarding dogs. If this is ever the case, I’ll always discuss it with you beforehand to ensure everyone is comfortable. Your dog will enjoy access to a privately hired, secure enclosed dog walking and agility field, providing a safe space for off lead exercise, play, and enrichment. The agility equipment is always a favourite, but every activity is tailored to your dog’s individual needs, and participation is always optional. I also love planning exciting days out, from visits to secure dog parks and enrichment centres to new adventures such as dog swimming sessions. Every outing is thoughtfully planned to provide fun, stimulation, enrichment, and plenty of tail wags in a safe environment. I provide consistent, round the clock care and companionship, with toilet breaks available every 0–2 hours to keep your dog comfortable and settled. You’ll receive regular photo and video updates throughout their stay, so you can stay connected and enjoy complete peace of mind while you’re away. If you ever need me, I’m only a call or message away, because no question is ever too small. To help maintain the exceptional standard of care I pride myself on, I’m supported by a small, trusted team with the same professional experience, knowledge, and passion for animal welfare. Together, we ensure every pet receives consistent, loving, and attentive care throughout their stay. After all, this is their holiday too!
