I offer flexible and accommodating services seven days a week, including boarding, walking, and sitting, providing great convenience for busy pet owners. I understand that every pet is unique, and as previously stated I tailor my care to meet their individual needs. To make things even easier, I also offer a convenient pick-up and drop-off service for boarding within a 25-mile radius. My mission is to provide attentive, compassionate care that feels like a home away from home—because, let’s face it, every dog deserves a holiday too right?

A typical day
We believe that every pet deserves an enriching and fun experience during their stay. We offer a variety of engaging activities tailored to each dogs personality and Ofcourse energy levels. To keep things exciting we switch up our walk locations this not only provides new sites and smells but also to stimulate there curiosity and keeps walks fresh and engaging! We are spoilt for choice with some of the most beautiful locations. For those enjoying a more relaxed experience well Ofcourse there’s plenty of room for snuggles! Also Included in the stay is access to a secure agility field, which most dogs absolutely love. This is especially beneficial for dogs who don’t usually come off lead on walks or have less reliable recall, providing a safe and controlled environment. Of course, if this isn’t something you’re interested in, you can simply opt out.

Hey I’m Jess, I am highly experienced having gained experienced and knowledge at Hertfordshires biggest doggy day care and training centre. Here I have widened my knowledge worked as a team and under pressure, walking dogs, training in different settings I’ve worked with a variety of breeds and sizes and have the ability to handle multiple dogs and maintain control in various environments. I have a deep understanding of basic dog behaviour and training techniques. My focus is always on delivering the highest level of care. I take great pride in having renewed my Canine First Aid and Emergency Care training as recently as February this year. This ensures that every dog in my care is not only loved and well-exercised, but also safe and protected in the event of any unexpected situation. Your pet’s health, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. As a fellow pet parent myself, I completely understand how big of a deal it is to leave your pet, even for a short time. That’s why I strive to make your pet’s time with me feel like home and to make you feel completely at ease while you’re away. I’m proud to offer a highly personalised, loving experience for every animal I care for focusing on building long lasting relationships and exceeding all expectations. I tailor each stay to your dog individual needs, because no dog is the same. Whether it’s small group or individual walks, drop-in visits for both cats and dogs, or home-from-home boarding, your pet will be treated like part of the family. I usually board only one dog at a time, allowing me to give your dog my full attention. I privately hire a secure, enclosed dog walking and agility field an ideal space for off lead play, exercise, and socialisation. The field includes agility equipment the dogs absolutely love it! While this activity is included as part of their stay, opting out is always an option, respecting every dog’s unique needs. I pride myself on your dog receives consistent, round the clock care and companionship. I can provide toilet breaks every 0–2 hours to help keep them comfortable and settled throughout the day. I know how important it is to feel connected while you’re away, so I regularly share photos/videos to help ensure you stay connected to your pet and give you peace of mind. I’m also available 24/7 always just a call or message away, whether it’s a quick check-in or a middle of the night question. I believe no question is ever too small!

Jess did a great job of looking after Spud whilst we were on holiday. He even came home with a new toy and a jumper!
Jess & Iona took care of Len for two nights whilst we were away. I received so many lovely photos and videos of him and he looked so happy! Len was taken on lovely walks and to an agility field and I genuinely felt like he was loved and cared for whilst I was away. Len had a little holiday of his own and I would 100% recommend their care 💕❤️
Requested a puppy-sit in my home while I went out for the evening. My little puppy was clearly comfortable when I returned, despite being shy when I first left. Jess gave me an update with a photo mid-evening, which helped me feel relaxed (and less guilty!) When I got back she talked about everything they'd done together - including practicing sit and learning 'lay-down'. Very happy with her help for the evening, especially given it was a somewhat unusual request.
This was a “last minute booking” as I was let down with little notice. Jess answered my enquiry quickly - even though it was a Saturday evening. This was followed up with a phone call the following day. Plus Jess was able to collect & drop off my dog for me, for an extra fee. Was happy to pay for this service as it made everything so much easier. Had photos & videos of my dog whilst she was with Jess. Really happy that I booked Jess & I will be happy to not only use her again but also to recommend her to others.
