Jesenia was great with our shih tzu and he seemed to really like her as she is obviously a very likable person. She adjusted with a moments notice to my change in schedule and I’m thankful. We feel lucky to have found Jesenia. Will definitely look forward to hiring Jesenia again.

I scheduled to have my girl looked after for 4 nights. Due to her tummy being a little upset, I decided to keep her for 2 of the nights (I wouldn’t bring her over knowing there are any problems) which then turned into 3 nights. Trying to schedule to take her to the sitter after was difficult as she was busy during the times I’d drop her off earlier in the day. In the description she listed she was up early and goes to sleep late which was the main reason I booked with her to begin with. She said she was busy in the morning so I’d have to wait to drop her off. Asked her about the evening and said she’d be busy until 9pm. I confirmed 9-10pm would be fine but once I was about to bring her over within that time frame, I was told they were settling down for bed so it would have to be the next day. She was never rude and seemed nice texting and for the minute or so I saw her in person but it felt like the bare minimum to be paid 3 nights for not even watching after my dog. Just a little frustrated she seemed to be busy a lot, did not stay up late as listed in the description, and did not keep to her word about when she could take my girl.
