Jerry is retired and Silke works part time Mon/Tue/Fri and Wednesday mornings but am typically off too when we watch a dog. We love taking your dog on walks, play and snuggle. When we watch a dog, we plan our day with your dog!

We have a 2 story loft condo with a balcony. The condo is right next to Pantoja Park, easy for potty breaks. We love going on walks, play and snuggle and consider ourselves party aunt and uncle to the dog we watch, meaning we are very attentive and intuitive what your dog needs.

The husband has owned spaniels before, and we've taken care of numerous small and mid-sized breeds (terriers, poodle mixes, pugs, shih tzus, etc.), but we like all dogs (pit bulls, huskies, etc.). We just think our place is too small for large dogs, especially those that want to run a lot indoors. But any size dog that is mellow indoors as long as he/she is run outside would be fine, too.

Of course! We walk around downtown all the time, it's very dog-friendly, and the nearby park is often used by other dog owners, which is plenty big for them. We've used balls and frisbees to run them more, but we'll happily use your toys. At the end, it's your pet that you know best, so what do you want us to do?

We travel a lot, which excludes us from having a dog, but we'd love to have a dog! We just can't make it work with our schedule, but we'd love to be with your pet, just as we've taken care of others'. We have an enclosed balcony and a large park nearby along with full run of the indoor living areas, and one of us would be home at all times, so needy dogs are ok. We'll give him or her lots of love, walking, and greenery as he/she needs and you'd want. We've taken care of several friends' dogs and cats at their homes and ours and thought we'd expand the circle to include anyone else. The husband has had dogs in the past, so we're no strangers to the care required, whether that's particular food, medication, grooming, etc. Just let us know what your pet needs!

Came into town for a mini staycation but wanted to watch a baseball game and needed a dog sitter. I reached out to Jerry & Silky and they were the perfect fit. First time booking for a dog sitter too!! I dropped off a happy dog and picked up a happy dog. She was cuddled and went on a walk. I enjoyed all the photos too to show it!
Amazing, amazing, amazing. So thoughtful, thorough, kind and gentle. My baby was so very well taken care of, with activity log of the day. Silke provided frequent but not obstrusive updates and photos throughout the day. She asked applicable questions to ensure appropriate care for Bella. Bella was so loved and well care for, that I am so appreciative and felt very much at ease with Silke's services. Thank you.
The best dog sitter! What a great team Jerry and Silke, highly recommened. We truly appreciate them going above and beyond.
Silke and Jerry were kind and very communicative. It's clear that they love dogs and they were able to understand and work with Amon's separation anxiety. They played with Amon a lot and I think a good time was had by all :).
