OVER 20 DOGS RESCUED/MORE CARED FOR
Some people call me DogDude. I've loved and rescued dogs my entire life. Thus far I've rescued over twenty, and I had nine at the most at one time. I even had two beds pushed together so all nine could sleep with me. It was furry and chaotically wonderful. Seven of those original are gone, and I miss those days. I've worked with puppies, and one rescue was even pregnant. I saw her through the pregnancy and adopted all the pups except the one I kept. I've also worked with and rescued seniors. I lived in Puerto Rico for three years, and I rescued two there and flew them back when returning to the states. I adopted a sweet old Cocker Spaniel from a program in Michigan. Her owner had been murdered by her ex-husband in Detroit. I could go on, but suffice it to say, most of my rescues have interesting stories. My most recent came from a ditch in Tennessee. It would be a pleasure to work with you and your pet(s). I'm an avid hiker with a membership to Eagle Creek. I've taken dogs out hiking with me and living doing so, if clients are comfortable with that.

Jerry was absolutely amazing and my puppers loved him so much! I could not have asked for a better person to take care of them and right away my tito and natalia warmed up to him. Throughout my work trip he would send me updates and pictures and it made my heart happy to see how well he got along with my little pups. Jerry is a wonderful person and I am beyond thrilled to have met him :) I can't recommend Jerry enough! If you want to meet an amazing person who is amazing with animals, call Jerry! He's the best.
Jerry is one of the biggest animal lovers I have ever met. I have known him for over 30 years and he has stayed in our home numerous times to take care of our dogs and cats and home. He loves the animals like they are his own! He loves taking the dogs on walks/hikes. He loves letting them snuggle and sleep with him. He has rescued dozens of dogs and some cats over the years and they have had better lives because of it. I always know my animals are in good hands when he is taking care of them.

Schedule
My availability varies, as I also own and operate a small business I operate from home and work at a brewery. I'm very flexible, though, and will work and communicate with clients to the best of my ability.
