Ruby was not happy when I picked her up. She does not like being left alone. It’s partly my fault for not making that clear. I choose doggy day care so she is not distressed by being alone. I could have left her home alone. Communication was difficult. I think Rover is a place for people that put animal care as a priority not just a side hustle.

This guys shows up late and doesn’t care about the pets…… if you care about your pet don’t pick this guy!

Jerry came a half hour late. He barely interacted with our dogs when he arrived and did not display behavior that you would expect from a dog lover. When we got home, our dogs acted the same as if they are left in their crates too long. I did not feel like we got the services we asked and paid for.

Jerry was awesome with my cats. He sent pics and updates on how they were doing. Very patient and caring towards my guys.

Jerry was great. Very flexible with drop off and pickup times. Great communication. My dog didn't want to leave his house.
