Jeremy went out late the night before he was supposed to watch my dogs and ghosted me the morning I was supposed to drop my dogs off to him. He told me on text that he was going out late with a friend visiting from Thailand the night before and jokingly complained that a Monday 8-9am drop off was early for him. However, he confirmed he could make it work. I had a last minute work conference I needed to go to, thus the Rover booking. I decided I’d give him a break and arrive close to my own flight time, so he could sleep in. I arrived to his apartment just after 9am. I called him multiple times with no response. I buzzed his apartment number multiple times with no response. I stayed outside of his apartment for 2hrs while on the phone with Rover, trying to reach him and eventually getting a new dog sitter, who was about 10minutes away. This ordeal caused me to miss my flight and I needed to pay for new flights as I did not have a refundable ticket. At around 2:15pm I got a pretty limp apology text from him while I was on the flight saying that he had left his phone in an Uber and just had it returned to him. Regardless if that’s actually true, the reality is that Jeremy is bot someone you can depend on to take care of your dogs. He was likely intoxicated to the point where he either left his phone in an Uber or slept straight into the afternoon, likely both. If that was not the case, he could have reached out over email through Rover on his computer, found a way to contact me, or at least stood downstairs during the agreed drop-off time. 0 stars isn’t an option.

Jeremy rules. Is always available for me when I need him. My dog loves him so much.

I needed a last minute dog walker and Jeremy came to the rescue. He was great!

Excellent job! Dafka really enjoyed himself.

Took the dogs for the hour walk and was communicative, but did not follow instructions to let them run around the dog park a couple blocks away. Instead they were just walked down a few busy streets near the apartment.

I asked to have my dog's water bowl filled as it can be empty after being left for a good portion of the day. When I got home, there was absolutely 0 water in the bowl.
