Jeremy took amazing care of our dog Ziggy while we were on our trip to Florida. He was incredibly easy to work with, very understanding, and made the whole experience stress‑free. Ziggy was happy, well‑cared for, and clearly comfortable with him. We truly appreciate his reliability and kindness. Highly recommend!
Something about his garage and the sound of barking coming from there... luckily it wasn't a crazy hot weekend, otherwise id have picked up my girlies early to keep them in the house, where they belong. Otherwise not receiving any pictures was another highlight of their stay. I think asking for pictures and not getting a response for 24 hours was my favorite part of their stay! That and their excitement to get home and see my pa and I of course. Would've gone 1/5 star but they didn't come home flinching or starved so I'll lend credit where it's halfway due.
I was disappointed, he only sent updates and photo twice each time after I requested and let him know I was disappointed he did not initiate any updates. I felt like the dogs were kept in the garage the whole time, the pic I did receive they were potting. The yard appears small and filled with kids toys. I wouldn’t use him again, sorry.
Great communication . I booked late and had something come up so I had to pick up late as well. Everything went smoothly and no issues at all.
Jeremy has always been great with my 100lb baby. He is very flexible and super quick to reply. We are blessed to have found him!
