Booked Jeraldine again! She is very punctual, practices good leash manners on Mika’s walks and sent me pictures!
This was our first time using Rover, and we were a little nervous about having someone come into our apartment that we didn’t know. She immediately came across as very nice and respectful, which put us at ease. She’s in nursing school, clearly intelligent, and was receptive to our feedback (like our “no touch, no talk, no eye contact” rule with Mika). We even chatted afterward, and she just seems like a very genuine person.
Jeraldine is a loving, caring person who herself has taken care of my pets when my family and I have gone away on vacation. To this day, our pets still run up to her whenever they see her 😂 She has pets of her own for whom she takes great care of which translates into her care of others’ animals. Highly recommend Jeraldine next time you consider a dog sitter/walker🙌🏽
