I have a dog mom spirit!
When my sister got her dog, I made sure to be there for her every step of the way in raising her puppy. Apart from my brother-in-law, I am the only person Dexter, her dog, trusts completely, and he feels genuinely loved and secure in my presence.

Our dog seemed well cared for and Jenovie was very kind to him, which we did greatly appreciate. That said, communication was slower than expected, and I only received photos after following up, which made it hard to feel fully confident that everything was going smoothly. We had initially agreed on a pickup window of 8–9pm, and when we requested to come slightly earlier at 7:30, we were told it wasn’t possible although she mentioned the day prior she’d be around all day of the pick-up. However, even when we arrived, we didn’t receive our dog until 8:20, which was frustrating after a 6-hour drive. With more responsiveness and flexibility, the experience could have felt much smoother.

Jenovie was AMAZING!! Took great care of my young pup and made him feel safe and welcome. I was coming from out of town and needed a sitter last minute when my usual cancelled. She was communicative, reassuring, kind, and an overall blessing to have found. Would absolutely recommend.
Another great stay with Jenovie! Evie was having some allergies and needed to take medication and Jenovie did a great job looking after Evie!
Great first experience with this dog sitter. Jenovie was responsive and cared well for my Marble. I would rebook!
