Pet care experience
Dog owners say my home is their dog’s favourite.
We love dogs and will give great loving care, lots of walks and cuddles as requested. We have a large fenced garden and live in a quiet safe cul-de-sac. We like to host one dog or two dogs of similar size or from the same family or doggie friends to ensure we can give lots of attention. Have owned two dogs, a male border collie and a female Labrador and looked after a Hearing Dog Puppy for 17 months, who has moved on to be a breeding dog. i also do holiday cover for Hearing Dogs in Training. We know lots of safe fun places to walk and enjoy going for long walks. There will always be my husband or I in the house and my adult children love to meet any dogs who are staying when they visit. Your dog can sleep in the large kitchen next to the radiator and be allowed in the rest of the house during the day and evening. I am registered with Hearing Dogs and have done temporary holiday care for Hearing Dog Puppies for 4 years and know how to train dogs in good basic behaviour.

Pablo was very well looked after by Jenny. We had lots of updates and video of him enjoying lovely walks in new places. He was quite reluctant to leave. We have already booked his next stay
Jenny was great with Pip when she had her for a week during the day. It was obvious that Pip enjoyed being looked after by Jenny when I dropped her off each morning, she pulled on her lead as we approached the door!
Thank you so much for taking care of Roddy, he had a great time and I truly appreciated the regular updates.

Jenny and her family were absolutely fantastic! Flo had a lovely week stay with them- I was updated regularly with photos, videos and little updates on what she had been up to! A very happy dog!!
Our dog loved to stay with Jenny! She’s great with dogs and what even better for our dog is that she has other dogs around. Will definitely ask her to look after our dog again.

Schedule
My husband and I are retired so there will usually be someone at home with your pet and my adult daughter is currently working from home and is available some of the time.

Safety, trust & environment
My garden is large and fenced and secure for any size dog. my house is in a turning off a cul-de-sac so it is very safe and quiet. the garden is mainly grass with trees and shrubs which dogs like to explore. I will always be out in the garden with your pet while he sniffs around, doing some garden maintenance or throwing balls.
A typical day
Black Park, Langley Park, Burnham Beeches, The Camp GX, Spade Oak - Bourne End. Walking, swimming if dog likes to swim, throwing balls, indoor games with toys and balls, kongs filled with treats.
