Hello, my name is Jenny! I have my bachelor's degree in Pre-Veterinary Science and worked as a Vet-Tech for over 4 years. I have experience with senior dogs and can give oral or subcutaneous medications such as diabetes injections or seizure medication. I am able to do nail trims, paw pad fur clipping, ear cleaning, brushing, or simple baths. Also, I have ample experience with stubborn dog breeds such as huskies!

Jenny was fantastic! My dog felt right at home and the updates that Jenny sent put my mind at ease. Whenever I have boarded her in the past, my dog has come home stressed and exhausted. This was not the case! She came home happy and relaxed. We will definitely be booking again!

I had an excellent experience with Jenny. She cared for my senior cat for five days, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Caring for an older pet requires a little extra patience and attention, and Jenny was dependable, attentive, and genuinely caring. It gave me such peace of mind knowing my cat was in good hands while I was away. Jenny treated my boy with kindness and made sure he was comfortable and well cared for while I was away. I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience with Jenny watching Levi this past weekend! Our pup is a sometimes stubborn, high energy, and strong-willed breed (Belgian Malinois) who is definitely not for just anyone, so finding someone we feel completely comfortable leaving him with is OFFEN a challenge from start to finish. And with the last minute request we did not have time for a trial run. From the very beginning, it was clear that he was in incredibly patient, loving, and capable hands. Even with our last-minute request, Jenny was so accommodating and made the entire process incredibly easy. Communication was fantastic—we received daily updates and pictures, which gave us (especially me!) so much peace of mind while we were away. You can immediately tell she’s a natural with dogs. She embraced his big personality without an ounce of hesitation and was never intimidated by his breed. We truly felt like he was in great hands the entire time. Her setup wonderful, with plenty of outdoor space for him to explore, play, and get his energy out with her other pups, which was a huge bonus for us- we just hoped that he would even want to come home since we don’t have a fenced in yard! Hands down our best dog-sitting experience yet, and we will absolutely be booking again! ❤️🐾
This is our second time using Jenny and we continue to plan to use her for future vacations. She provided pictures and updates while we were away. Our pups always seem happy to be there!
Jenny was wonderful with our dog who has a lot of energy. The drop off and pick up was easy and convenient. She sent us pictures so we could see what our dog was up to. We would definitely recommend Jenny.

Schedule
I’m currently working from home and can be with your pups as much as they need me to be! I usually will let them out 5-6 times a day to run in the yard. If they need anything else or prefer walks, I can offer them as well!

Safety, trust & environment
I have a half acre fenced in backyard for your furry friend to run free (perfect for pets that do not have a fenced yard at home). I am set back far from any main roads and live on a farm surrounded by open land. I currently have three huskies that are all dog friendly but if your pup doesn’t really like to play or is older I have two half doors installed in my home to keep my pets separated from your pets if preferred. I also have two entrances to the fenced in yard so they do not have to interact. Dog crates readily available if necessary. My dogs are all up-to-date on vaccines and take monthly heartworm & flea/tick preventatives.

A typical day
As pet owners we want our pets to feel safe and comfortable when they unfortunately can’t be with us. My home is the perfect place for your pet to have a “vacation away from home.” Each and every pet stays inside of my home and when they are outside they get to enjoy nature surrounded by open fields and farmland. They can run around the fenced in yard or go for a leashed walk without owners having to worry about them escaping as they are supervised the entire time they are inside and outside.
