I currently work full time during the weekdays but can work remotely so overnight pet sitting is an option for me. I have more flexibility on the weekends to take dogs on walks, feed them and care for them through house visits on the weekends

I treat my client’s home and pets as I treat my own. I make sure to leave everything how it was when I enter the home. I take caring for pets seriously. I make sure their litter box, food/water bowls are filled as necessary and cleaned. I pay attention to when the client would like me to check in on their pets for food, walks, medications, etc. Before I leave I always make sure the doors are securely locked for the safety of the client's home and pets.

A typical day
Fun activities for dogs include going for walks and letting your pup sniff around and be curious for mental stimulation. I also go on jogs if they have a bunch of energy to let out. I like playing frisbee, fetch, tug of war, etc. I like to get dogs excited about their toys and have them learn tricks using positive reinforcement.

I’ve cared for pets since I was 7. I got my first puppy in my 20s and trained her (using positive reinforcement ) to be housebroken. She knows how to sit, lay down, and she competes in corgi races. I know how much patience and love a pet needs during training. I also have experience administering medications to both cats and dogs through having pets of my own.
