Jenny was absolutely wonderful, and I couldn't have asked for a better first experience using Rover. From the beginning, she was professional, communicative, and incredibly thoughtful. She asked great questions about my pets and their routines, including things I hadn't even thought to mention, which gave me a lot of confidence that they were in good hands. What stood out most was how genuinely caring she is with animals. I happened to arrive home a little early on the last day and got to see her interacting with my pets. It was immediately obvious how much my dog adored her, and that meant the world to me. Seeing that bond firsthand gave me complete peace of mind that my pets had been loved and cared for while I was away. Jenny was everything I could have hoped for in a pet sitter: reliable, professional, attentive, and truly compassionate. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their pets.

I’m certain Brandy was absolutely thrilled to get so much ball time in the middle of the workday! She must have had a lot of fun because when I got home from work she immediately demanded I play more ball with her. Jenny spent a full hour playing with Brandy and giving her lots of attention. Jenny also took some great action and glamour shots of our little spoiled princess!
