We always hold meet and greet sessions at our home and offer trial nights before any booking is confirmed, to ensure that both you and your pet feel at ease. If you would like to book dog boarding with me, the following info will be required: - feeding instructions and schedule - walking schedule - behaviour - spayed/neutered/unneutered - any health conditions or medications - veterinary/insurance details - microchip status and number - vaccination proof and flea/worming dates This will all be included on the forms required to be complete and signed before your pets stay. A typical day
Living in Carnforth, we are in close proximity to the beach, several parks, canals and the countryside, which gives us a great variety of outdoor spaces to explore. Some of our favourite activities consist of going for long walks, playing fetch or tug of war, teaching them new tricks, having a cozy cuddle session, and using stimulating puzzle toys. Each pet has its own preferences, so I always tailor activities to their individual personalities and requirements. Feel free to reach out with any questions or inquiries. Based in Carnforth (just off the M6), with ideal dog walking locations such as canals, parks, countryside and beaches on our door step, and only a short drive from the Lake District. I hold a degree in Zoology and a certificate in Animal Management. My working background includes dog grooming, dog training, rescue, zookeeping and wildlife conservation. I have previously owned various pets, enhancing my understanding of their needs. My partner Zack often helps with bookings and is a full time zookeeper. He also has a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Animal Studies. Jenny was lovely and took such great care of Pippa and Rover. They were both really well looked after and it was obvious they’d had a great time. We loved getting regular photo updates, and Jenny was especially kind and accommodating with Rover’s medical needs. We felt completely at ease and wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again.
